How is it even possible that six weeks have passed since I've blogged? I used to love blogging and still love reading blog posts. Granted, there are times when I "skim" blogs....and I always feel like I miss valuable info...
Albeit, here I am again, wondering if I should be cute, informational, or pour my heart out. I am stressed to the gills these days. I am currently working 4 jobs and that can certainly wear a person out. In addition, I am also volunteering one night a week, which I love. It is CRAZY!! WHO works 4 jobs? WHO????
Weight of course has been an issue for me for a while and the added stress certainly doesn't help. I have dabbled here and there with some things. I would love to participate in the Shrinking Jeans events and challenges, but right now...I just don't know that I would follow through. And I don't even know if it is worth it to share the things I've dabble in to TRY to lose weight, since I've had little to no success.
One blog I really enjoy reading is Kitchen Stewardship. If she catches your interest at all, you can spend some time over there reading her posts. She is wonderfully supportive in making small changes and very step-by-step in some of her posts, really has the heart of a teacher! She has so many things I want to try to adapt into my kitchen. Early in the year, she had a mission to "level up" your yogurt game and I seriously wanted to follow through with each mission each week, but alas.... Anyway, I DID buy the big tub of vanilla yogurt and have done so regularly. I enjoy adding some to my oatmeal, eating some with cinnamon and splenda on top, or with soem dry cereal. AND, I really do want to make my own yogurt in the near future.
So, here I am....just writing some random thoughts from my mind simply because we need to blog more. I hope I will do more....and soon!!
